We are open seven days a week from 9 in the morning to 5 in the evening - all year round when our staff will be happy to deal with any queries. Pets can be brought in or collected any time between these hours.

Viewing is possible seven days a week - no need to make an appointment to meet our carers and look around just turn up. Bring a list of questions with you! You are also welcome to visit during your pet's stay with us.

If you do not see a service you need or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our services then please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
